1. MSMEs/Non MSMEs (except Airline sector)
· All business enterprises having fund based working capital limits from the Lending Institutions as on 31.03.2026. · The borrower’s existing credit facilities should be classified as Standard (excluding SMA-2) as on 31.03.2026 across all the lenders. · The borrower must not be classified as an NPA with any lender as on the date of sanction and / disbursement of loan under the scheme. · Borrowers who have availed additional credit facility under Credit Guarantee Scheme for Exporters (CGSE) are not eligible under the extant scheme upto the limit already availed under CGSE. · List of sectors under non-MSME segment, which are excluded from the purview of the Scheme. 1. Non-Banking Financial Companies 2. Power (Generation, transmission and distribution) 3. Telecom 4. Sugar & Ethanol 5. Information Technology 6. Paper & Paper products 7. Educational Institutions 8. Beverages (excluding Tea and Coffee) and Tobacco 2. Airline Sector (Scheduled passenger airline sector) · Business enterprises involved in the scheduled airlines sector with outstanding credit facilities (both fund based and non-fund based) from the Lending Institutions as on 31.03.2026 · The borrower’s existing credit facilities should be classified as Standard (excluding SMA-2) as on 31.03.2026 across all the lenders. · The borrower must not be classified as an NPA with any lender as on the date of sanction and / disbursement of loan under the scheme. |

| 3 | Eligible Criteria | · Existing Loans sanctioned for business purpose only eligible for additional funding.
· The borrower’s existing credit facilities should not be classified as SMA-2 or above as on 31.03.2026 by any of the lender. · Sanctioning authority must verify the borrowers Days past due status across lending institutions through CIC, to assess the eligibility of the borrower. · MSMEs must possess a valid Udyam Registration Number. |

| 4 | Purpose | To provide timely liquidity support to business to sustain their operations/ project and maintain supply chains. | ||||||||||||
| 5 | Validity | The scheme would be available for loans sanctioned to eligible borrowers till 31.03.2027 or till guarantees for an amount of Rs 2,55,000 crore are issued, whichever is earlier. | ||||||||||||
| 6 | Nature of facility | · Term Loan.

| 7 | Loan amount | MSMEs and Non-MSMEs (except Airline Sector):
· Additional credit up to 20% of peak fund-based working capital outstanding utilized during Q4 of FY 2025-26,(i.e between 01.01.2026 to 31.03.2026 both days inclusive), Subject to maximum of Rs 100 Cr per borrower (from the entire banking system). Airlines Sector: · Additional Credit Up to 100% of peak credit outstanding (FB+NFB) during the Q4 of FY 2025-26,(i.e between 01.01.2026 to 31.03.2026 both days inclusive), Subject to maximum of Rs 1,500 crore per borrower(from the entire banking system). · Any amount beyond Rs 1,000 Cr and Upto Rs 1500 crore to be permitted only with a proportionate equity contribution from the promoters / owners. |
