Debit cards can be used in more than 2,00,000 ATMs of various banks in India. International Transaction facilities are available on Selected Cards issued on Specific Request.
Debit cards can be used for purchase of merchandize/services from commercial establishments / web sites.
Round-the-clock cash withdrawals and fund transfers.
24 hrs cash deposits at Cash Recyclers.
Request can be given for a cheque books and statements through ATM.
Issued FREE of charge.
Annual Maintenance Charges applicable from the second year onwards.
Insurance coverage for accidental death is available on RuPay PMJDY, RuPay Platinum and RuPay Select Debit Cards.

Cardless Cash Withdrawal from ATM

Cardless Cash Withdrawal Facility is now available in our ATMs.

CASH WITHDRAWAL USING IndSMART MOBILE APP

No need to carry a Debit Card for withdrawing cash from ATM. Please Download Our IndSMART App to Generate the Token for Withdrawing Cash from any Indian Bank ATM (Up to Rs.10000/- per Day).

OTP BASED CARDLESS CASH WITHDRAWAL USING STATIC PIN FROM ATM/BNAs

Customers having basic feature phone can withdraw cash without need of Debit Card.
Convenient and Secure way of withdrawing cash from ATM.
Transaction limit will be Rs. 2,000 per transaction and per day.
Validity of OTP for authenticating the transaction will be 3 minutes only.

Process Flow:

Customers need to visit Indian Bank branches for One-time registration of OTP based Cardless withdrawal through ATM/BNAs.
Customer will receive a 4 digit static PIN in the registered mobile number.
Customer has to visit any Indian Bank ATM/BNA and select “Cardless Withdrawal through OTP SMS”
Static PIN should be changed through “Change PIN” sub-option.
Once PIN is changed successfully, Customer should select “Cash withdrawal” sub-option and enter the account number, registered mobile number, PIN and the transaction amount.
Upon successful validation, a 6 digit OTP will be sent to customer’s registered mobile number
Customer has to enter the OTP received on his registered mobile number.
Post validation, ATM machine will dispense cash.

Repayment of Term Loan through Cash Recyclers

We are pleased to announce that our Bank is now providing additional facility to our Bank customers for depositing cash in their term loan account through our Cash Recyclers.

This functionality enables the customers to deposit money in their loan accounts round the clock through alternate delivery channels. No cash handling charges will be recovered from our bank’s customers for repayment of term loan amount through BNA terminals.

Safety Measures for Debit Card Transactions

At the time of issuing, all the debit cards will be enabled for using at ATMs and Point-Of-Sale terminals in India Only.

Online transaction facility can be enabled through Internet Banking (Value Added Services Menu), IndSMART (Cards Menu) or through the branch, as and when required.

Similarly, International transaction facility on International Cards can also be enabled or disabled at any time to safeguard from unauthorized transactions.
